Bob and Cindy Lundy

BUILDING AND GROUNDS DIRECTOR

Bob and Cindy Lundy joined Rock Haven Ministries in 2022 after serving three full-time years in Siloam Springs, Arkansas at Camp Siloam. They met at Camp Siloam the summer of 1974 while attending summer camp with their youth group from Immanuel Baptist Church in Pine Bluff. They were married on October 9, 1976 and graduated from Pine Bluff High School. Forty-six years later they have followed the Lord’s call to serve here as Buildings and Grounds Director. They have two girls, Crissy Nordin and Rachel Freeman both were born in Pine Bluff and raised in Grapevine, Arkansas. Crissy, a nurse practitioner, is married to Jed Nordin, they have a son Zackary, a 2022 honor graduate from Lamar High School in Lamar, Arkansas. Rachel is an attorney in Harrison and has two children. Ada is sixteen and Isaac is fourteen, both are very active in sports and school activities at Harrison Junior High and High School’s. As grandparents, the Lundy’s say they are blessed to be near Ada and Isaac during their remaining school years. Prior to retirement Bob worked as an electrician for Evergreen Packaging formerly International Paper Company in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He loves fishing and hunting with his grandsons and granddaughter when he can convince her to go fishing. Cindy worked as a registered nurse for 30 years before she retired. She loves scrapbooking and other crafts with her grandchildren and friends. They relocated to Clarksville, Arkansas in the fall of 2010 and joined Clarksville First Baptist Church. Both were active with their Sunday School class and many other church activities. Cindy loved cooking for the seniors “JOY” group, Vacation Bible School snacks, Community Thanksgiving, youth group trips, and numerous other church sponsored events. Bob worked right by her side for each event. The Lundy’s plan to show their love and devotion to Jesus Christ, their Lord and Savior in every action of participation with Rock Haven Ministries and Bible Camp. The position as Director of Buildings and Grounds will be shared as they always do everything except Bob’s hunting and Cindy’s scrapbooking. They both said becoming a part of this ministry is a great blessing and opportunity to share their love, talents, and skills to promote the ministry as we work to spread the good news of Christ’s birth, death, and resurrection.
