Betty Dillenburg

Office Manager, Financial Secretary, Director of Events, and Director of Women’s Ministries

As a second-generation missionary at Rock Haven Ministries, Betty Dillenburg has devoted her life to serving the Lord through ministry, leadership, and administration. With years of hands-on experience, she currently serves as the Office Manager, Financial Secretary, Director of Women’s Ministries, and Director of Events at Rock Haven Ministries in the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

This role allows her to combine organization, financial stewardship, leadership, and compassion to help strengthen the ministry’s daily operations while also investing in the spiritual growth of women, children, and families. From office administration and financial management to planning retreats, scheduling rental events, mentoring ladies, leading weekly women's Bible studies, and organizing ministry events, she strives to serve with excellence, integrity, and a heart for people.

She is especially passionate about interacting with campers and building relationships with them throughout their time at camp through Bible lessons, facilitating the Snack Shack, and other opportunities. Having grown up in ministry, she desires to use every opportunity to serve others, strengthen families, and help create an environment where lives can be changed through the love of Christ. As a missionary, Betty is continually raising financial support to help sustain and expand the mission God has called her to. Through the faithful partnership of supporters, she can continue ministering to ladies, campers, and families while helping meet the daily needs.
